A new season of the first regional innovation preaccelerator project Innovation League successfully began at Voronezh State University. Dmitry Kostin, Vice-Rector for Research, Innovations, and Digitisation at VSU, and representatives of the partner companies of the project and the university congratulated the young researchers on the start of the seventh season. “It is a pleasure to see such young eyes shining with enthusiasm to do something new. I wish you to enjoy the process during the Innovation League project, to feel the happiness when you set a goal and achieve it. Later you will remember this first experience, becoming stronger, wiser, and more competent each time. I wish everyone success in completing this journey,” said Dmitry Kostin, congratulating the participants of the event.
In a solemn atmosphere, the graduates of Innovation League 6.0 joined the private elite club of VSU innovators. They shared their success stories with the schoolchildren and told about the opportunities they gained by participating in the project.
During the presentation of Innovation League 7.0 project, the attendees were told about the new features that await the participants and their mentors this year. For example, as part of the Year of the Teachers and Mentors, an express course “The Innovative Teacher” was developed. On Saturday, at the Innovative Design hackathon, under the guidance of leading VSU scientists, the course participants began to develop their own ideas for innovative projects. The schoolchildren began their journey at Innovation League 7.0 with a workshop on project management, run by Evgeny Gavrilov, Deputy Director for Strategy and Investments at Metafrax Group.
