On October 12, at the Faculty of Economics of VSU, a meeting between students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of International Relations with representatives of Kept was held. Kept is an audit and consulting company that was formerly part of the international KPMG network.
Senior manager of the audit department Veronika Potapova and supervisor of the HR department Inna Guseva told students about the carrier prospects in finance and consulting.
The meeting was held in an informal atmosphere: over a cup of coffee, students learned about the importance of the company’s corporate culture and the possibilities of a dialogue with employers even during the training stage. One of the tools for such communication is an all-Russian study of student career preferences from the FutureToday company, which offers interesting internships for young professionals.
Kept representatives said that majority of employers are interested in being in touch with students and listening to their opinions. At the end of the meeting, the event participants were awarded memorable prizes and gifts.
You can take part in a study from FutureToday by filling out a questionnaire.
