On January 24, 2024, Dmitry Endovitsky, Rector of VSU, took part in the 5th Forum of the Association of Universities of Russia and Belarus. The event was held at the Intellectual Centre – Fundamental Library of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The plenary meeting was moderated by Viktor Sadovnichy, President of the Russian Union of Rectors, Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University, on the Russian side, and Vadim Bogush, Chair of the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Belarus, Rector of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, on the Belarusian side. Among the honoured guests of the official meeting were Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chair of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Dmitry Mezentsev, State Secretary of the Union State, Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Bakhanovich, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Denis Trefilov, Deputy Secretary General of the CIS, and Lilia Gumerova, Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education, and Culture.
Dmitry Endovitsky, VSU Rector, made a report at the plenary session. At the forum, several bilateral documents were signed. At the conclusion of the event, there was a discussion of the reports and a general discussion.
